Aerobics: off in attendance family fat PP

The first type: Tiger's profile

1, limb with knees volts.

The second type: bridge

3. supine.

Knees bent, feet trampled, wrung ankle.

4, suction, hips, waist, back up, as far as possible from the ground up.

Note: natural breathing, stay 30 seconds to restore the supine position.
