Korean American leg gymnastics has worked wonders

Side kick: arms open to nature, on both sides of the legs close together, toe forward.

A foot to a side kick, hands should also be slightly lift. For one leg, repeating the same action. Repeatedly, adhere to 3 minutes.

Kick forward: arms bent and hands nature just below the chest, legs are close to each other.

Lift one foot forward, hands start out flat. Back to its original position, one foot, repeat the action. Repeatedly, adhere to 3 minutes.

Legs crossed: will stick on the back edge of the swimming pool, two hands hold the reeds.

Relax, legs crossed. Repeatedly, adhere to 3 minutes.
